Usage steps

1. After receiving the card, remove and insert it according to the size of the SIM card slot.
2. Reboot your device and enable "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming".
3. APN is usually set automatically; if not connected, please manually add an APN, save it, and then restart.

A friendly reminder: It is recommended to insert and activate the SIM card upon arrival at the destination to avoid premature timing; whether hotspot/network sharing is supported depends on the plan.

※ Notes:
The first day begins the moment the physical card is inserted (regardless of when it is inserted, Taiwan time applies), and ends at midnight on the same day.
Daily traffic updates are made after midnight (calendar day, not 24-hour).

Softbank, a Japanese telecommunications operator, recently discovered that, except for iPhones which do not require configuration, almost all other dual-SIM Android phones require manual APN addition. Please refer to the information below for configuration:

• Name: plus.4g
• APN: plus.4g
• Username: plus
• Password: 4g
• Validation type: chapter
• APN type: default,ia,mms,supl,hipri or default,ia (choose one)

After setting, please click "Save" and select the APN you set.

If you still cannot access the internet despite correct APN settings, please restart your device. If the problem persists, try inserting the chip into your iPhone or Samsung phone to enable it before switching back to your original phone.

Friendly reminder:

• Currently, it has been found that when you arrive in Japan with a physical SIM card or eSIM, you can access the internet by turning on mobile data and data roaming, but it will automatically connect to Rakuten Mobile (which has a relatively poor network). Please try to manually select Softbank or Docomo (which will have a better network).
• On an iPhone, you can go to network selection, turn off automatic mode, let it search for networks, and manually select Softbank or Docomo.
• On Android phones, you can go to the telecom operator's page, turn off automatic mode, let it search for networks, and manually select Softbank or Docomo.

• Max=5120kbps Unlimited data, can upload pictures and voice messages, but video calls will lag.
• 10Max = 10Mbps unlimited data, approximately 4G speed, suitable for transferring pictures, voice messages, and video calls.
